THE SHORT VERSION

Private, not anonymous.

Your trades stay off public order books, and your details reach as few people as possible. We still check who we deal with: identity and source-of-funds checks (KYC/AML) apply when the deal or the law requires them.

What we keep, and for how long

On the website
  • Your language choice, saved in your own browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.
  • A count of taps on the Telegram buttons: which button, the language, phone or computer, and the country. No name, no Telegram account. Kept 180 days.
  • Meeting requests (Book a meeting): your Telegram username, city, date and time, buy or sell, coin, amount range, payment method and note, plus the language and country of the request. Sent to the desk on Telegram, kept 180 days.
  • Merchant applications: your name if you give it, Telegram username, markets, platforms, monthly volume, payment methods and note, plus the language, device type and country. Sent to the desk, kept 12 months.
  • Check a contact works inside your browser: what you type there is not sent to us.
  • Your IP address is used for up to an hour, in scrambled form (a hash), to stop spam. It is not stored with your details.
On Telegram
  • Your chat with @sandry_co stays in Telegram, between you and the desk. Telegram’s own privacy policy covers the app itself.
  • If you use our Telegram bot (it is listed on Check a contact once it is live): your Telegram ID, username and name, and the request you put together. Kept 12 months so the desk can follow up.
  • Rate alerts: your Telegram ID, the pair and the price you chose. Deleted when the alert goes off, or after 30 days.
  • Reviews: shown on the site only if you say yes and the desk approves, with your first name, city, rating and comment. Without your yes, a review stays private feedback.
Who else sees it
  • Partner offices: if you meet at a partner’s office, they get only what the meeting needs, such as the time, the amount and your contact.
  • The services that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Telegram (messages) and Google Fonts (your browser loads the site’s fonts from Google).
  • Authorities, only when the law requires it.
  • We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Your choices
  • Ask the desk what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: message @sandry_co.
  • Records the law requires us to keep, such as anti-money-laundering records, are kept for as long as the law says.

Terms of working with us

What we do

We buy and sell USDT, USDC, BTC and ETH for cash, bank transfer or crypto, in person in our ten cities: with Sandry in Tbilisi and Dubai, at a verified partner’s office everywhere else.

Rates

Prices on the site are indicative (market price and live P2P prices), not an offer. Your rate is the one the desk confirms on Telegram before anything moves.

Checks

The desk may ask for ID and proof of where the funds come from. It may decline or stop a deal if checks are not met or local rules do not allow it.

Official contacts

Only @sandry_co and the contacts on Check a contact speak for us. We never message first and never ask for passwords, 2FA codes, seed phrases or private keys.

No advice

Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto prices move fast; your decisions and your taxes are your own.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. The service is not offered where it is not allowed.
